## From free checkup to fixes

1. **Free checkup.** Enter your website or social page and get a preliminary AI-readiness score and the top problems in about 10 seconds. No card, no sign-up.
2. **Preview.** A private page shows your business as AI sees it: the answers, in your customers' languages, and the fixes we would make.
3. **Sign up.** One phone screen. Choose a plan, monthly or annual. Your card is charged at sign-up, and setup is included.
4. **Approve access once.** At the lowest access level, never owner or admin. You stay the owner of every account.
5. **Baseline.** We ask each of your buyer questions many times over three days, in the languages your customers use, and compare with similar businesses that aren't customers.
6. **Fixes within a few days.** Every issue found in your checkup is fixed within a few days. Invisible fixes change the data on your site that AI reads. Visible fixes change text and listings. **Never touched:** prices, availability, payments, policies, reviews.
7. **Your report.** A monthly report, or a weekly Monday report on Growth and Pro, with the raw AI answers. In your dashboard and by email.
8. **Keep going, or cancel.** We keep asking your buyer questions and keep fixing what we find. Cancel anytime; there is no contract.
